The composer’s essence also comes back to life each year thanks to summer night concerts.

ITS FAMOUS COCA DE PATATA

Tasting the famous coca de patata with a cup of hot chocolate is priceless pleasure, especially during winter and it’s even a Mallorcan tradition for children. For over 100 years and more than three generations, in Ca’n Molinas people have been able to try authentic coca de patata, a dessert that’s become a signature dish for Valldemossa residents, and for all of the town’s visitors. 

A CHARMING PORT

Valldemossa, in addition to being in the middle of the mountains, is also just a few kilometres from the sea, where you’ll find another gem of a place: the Port De Valldemossa. A small fishing port, which has held on to all of its authenticity. A place where time stands still so you can enjoy the sea as well as the peace and calm, at least in low season. From the port, set among the mountains and pine forests, we can discover the legendary S’Estaca estate, owned by actor Michael Douglas.
