These awards are the highest honour bestowed by Tripadvisor and serve to identify the hotels, accommodation and destinations that rank among the 1% highest rated. As Tripadvisor phrase it, they are annual awards that reflect “the best of the best” in the travel industry and are based on the opinions and reviews of thousands of travellers from all over the world.
It is thanks to the high level of satisfaction among our visitors that we’ve obtained an outstanding position within two of the Travellers’ Choice award categories: “Customer service” and “Small hotels”. These awards are proof that we’re achieving our mission as a boutique hotel in Palma de Mallorca: to offer the finest service in a unique atmosphere in order to ensure our guests’ utmost satisfaction.

Our Posada de Terra Santa boutique hotel occupies outstanding positions within the categories awarded. It ranks no less than second in the list of the 25 hotels with the best customer service in Spain. Among the reviews collected by Tripadvisor, our guests highlight the personalised and warm service provided at Posada Terra Santa, enabling them to feel right at home.
We have also been feted in the category of best small hotels, both in Spain and in the European ranking. In Spain, customer reviews have enabled us to achieve the position of the third best-rated small hotel, while in Europe we can feel immensely proud to occupy 16th place in the ranking.
